[tusea] The mountaineering team has sent out the first avant-garde

Three team members will go to Lhasa in advance for some preparation for the mountaineering. Right now they must be at the West gate of the campus.

On 25th the mountaineering team will send a second avant-garde consist of two members. The scientific exploration team will also send its avant-garde (three people) to Xining.
